The project foresees the exchange of groups of pupils between Ist.Scolastico G.Galilei, Treviso-Italy and Fondation La Mache, Lyon-France on the subject of domotics. They will cooperate through a joint learning-by-doing method during the two years’ life of the partnership. The French students  in the laboratories of their school and will introduce their Italian peers to the advanced know-how they are acquiring in technological department. The Italian students from the construction line of studies will acquaint their French peers with the academic skills in the CAD design of buildings that will include the installations of home automation. Both groups will carry out observations on the innovative sector of ambient assisted living provided in Treviso by ISRAA institution. Such organization is conducting a pilot project in co-housing for elderly people who will reside in network connected homes equipped with domotic systems.
The French and Italian students, including those from the language and sports science departments of Galilei school, will interact flexibly and adaptively in new environments to understand values of cultural diversity but also to help sustain the access, participation and performance of disadvantaged learners (including immigrants enrolled in the French school) and will mutually collaborate for the achievement of common results beneficial to both educational systems. The impact on stakeholders will be a positive image of technological and vocational studies as it will bring about a fruitful combination of professional/academic sectors and a dynamic way of learning and teaching, which will contribute to reduce drop-out for failure in studies, early school leaving and help integration of students in need of attractive and rewarding educational pathways.

Il s’agit d’un projet franco-italien entre l’école La Mache et l’Istituto scolastico G.Galilei ayant pour but de favoriser l’échange pédagogique, linguistique et culturel à travers des projets de systèmes de domotiques (habitat intelligent) et des nouvelles technologies appliquées à la vie quotidienne notamment dans des situations d’handicap. Le projet se déroule sur 2 ans et s’articule autour de 4 échanges-voyages et de correspondances en anglais via les plateformes E-twinning, Facebook et Skype.

Erasmus+ è un progetto interscolastico di durata biennale tra l’Istituto Paritario Galileo Galilei di Treviso e l’École La Mache di Lione. Un progetto trasversale, che vede coinvolti tutti gli indirizzi: le classi 3^ e 4^ CAT (Costruzioni, Ambiente e Territorio), 3^ Linguistico e 3^ Scientifico-Sportivo. Un progetto che promuove l’eccellenza e l’innovazione, tramite la ricerca nel campo della domotica. Un progetto che mira a favorire la comunicazione interlinguistica e la dimensione internazionale dell’istruzione, attraverso la creazione di un’audioguida. Un progetto che tende all’inclusione, per mezzo di un modello pedagogico-sportivo volto a
favorire l’integrazione. Un progetto che, nella sua interezza, raccoglie e risponde ad alcune delle più importanti
sfide odierne.
